30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order, allowing you to try our products with complete confidence. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund. This guarantee applies to your first purchase only.

Eligibility The order for which you are requesting a refund must be your first order placed with us. You do not need to return the product for your refund to be processed.

Refund Amount If your refund request is approved, you will receive a full refund of your order price, minus a $5 processing fee. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at aentkln@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the situation and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods with opened packaging. Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging — along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
