Billing & Payment

How charges work

Your card is charged automatically each month on your renewal date. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each charge.

If a charge fails, we retry up to 3 times over 7 days, then pause your subscription and notify you by email.

Price changes

We'll notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price change. You can cancel before it takes effect.

When will I be charged?

Will I keep my 25% discount if I pause or skip?

Yes. Your discount is preserved as long as your subscription remains active or paused. It is only removed upon cancellation.

Can I change my delivery frequency?

Yes — monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months. Change it anytime in the portal above.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes. Log into the portal and update your address under "Manage Subscriptions." Changes apply to all future orders.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Never. Cancel anytime, zero fees, no questions asked.

What if I cancel and want to resubscribe later?

You can resubscribe at any time. Your discount will be applied at the current promotional rate, which may differ from your original rate.

Can I get a refund on a subscription order already processed?

Orders are processed immediately upon renewal. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we'll make it right.
